Zn–Ni alloys were electrodeposited on a Cu electrode at 10–500 A·m−2 and 5 × 104 C·m−2 in an unagitated zincate solution 293, 313, 333 K. The effect of temperature the electrodeposition behavior from alkaline solutions was investigated. transition current density which deposition shifted normal to anomalous co-deposition almost identical 293 313 K but increased K, due enhanced H2 evolution Ni efficiency for alloy with both (10–50 A·m−2) (500 regions. In region, mainly occurred, stronger promotional increase deposition. region 500 A·m−2, Zn appeared proceed based mixed rate-determining process comprising charge transfer diffusion ions. acceleration ions diffusion. content deposited films all densities, since accelerated greater degree than by increasing where rate-limiting. γ-phase also temperature.
